Cub scout meetings are held on a weekly basis, on Friday evenings. The location of the meetings are normally the Riverview Presbyterian Church or the Hillcrest Elementary School Gym (see below for meeting details). Events and other activities are usually held on weekends outside of the weekly meetings. Our cub pack membership is made up of cub scouts from the Drexel Hilk, PA & Upper Darby, PA areas.
We encourage all parents & guardians to attend the Open Scout Parent & Leaders meeting. The success of the planned activities for the year depend on the input and involvement from as many parents and guardians as possible.
Please try to arrive to all meetings 15 minutes early
Den Meetings
Time: 7:30PM – 8:30PM
Location: Riverview Presbyterian Church (Drexel Hill, PA)
About: Scouts will work on activities to earn their badges and build their friendships with their den members. Parents/guardians are strongly encouraged to become involved with the Cub Pack activities, as there are many activities planned for the year. Some activities may require time on your own outside of den & pack meetings.
Day: 3rd Friday of each month (unless otherwise noted on the calendar)
Time: 7:30PM – 9:00PM
Location: Hillcrest Elementary School Gym (Drexel Hill, PA)
About: Parents/guardians are required to attend the pack meetings with their scouts. Siblings, and other family members are strongly encouraged to come to pack meetings. Awards will be present to the scouts on stage, and they will be recognized for their achievements and accomplishments. The scouts will also have the opportunity to go on stage and give a short presentation to their family members.
Open Scout Parent & Leaders Meetings
Time: 7:00PM – 9:00PM
Location: Riverview Presbyterian Church (Drexel Hill, PA)
About: Planning & discussions about upcoming events, fund raising, and future pack & den meetings. All cub scout parents are highly encouraged to come. Den leaders are required.
